At Truly Desired, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order in line with the following policy.
1. Our Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any enclosed documentation.

Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge.

Alternatively, if preferred, we can arrange an exchange.
2. Conditions of Return

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend sending the parcel via a tracked and insured delivery service.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or not as described.
3. Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used intimate products.

Lingerie, lubricants, or consumables that have been opened.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
4. How to Return an Item

Securely repackage the item with order details enclosed.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Funds will be credited back via the original payment method used at checkout.
